Line Cook and Server

I grew up on a farm and have always had a strong passion for food. That lead me to go to culinary school in Madison Wisconsin where I graduated from in 2017. Since graduating I have gained experience at restaurants and catering companies. I loved it so much I started my own charcuterie catering company - Graze and Gather Charcuterie. When I'm not cooking at the cafe or catering for Graze and Gather Charcuterie, I coach gymnastics at Buffalo High School. I love being a part of the community and Buffalo is a great one!
