Line Cook

Hey, I’m Keegan. I’m a line cook at Forget Me Not Cafe, so I spend most of my days in the kitchen, keeping things moving and making sure every dish comes out just right. It’s fast-paced, but I love the flow of it—the constant hustle, the little victories when everything clicks, and the satisfaction of serving up something people enjoy. It’s a grind, but it’s what I’m passionate about.

When I’m not cooking, you’ll probably find me out fishing. Whether it’s on a quiet lake near Buffalo or up north, fishing helps me recharge and clear my head after a busy week in the kitchen. Both cooking and fishing are about patience and getting the details right, so I enjoy the calm of fishing as much as I do the hustle of the kitchen.
