Head Baker and Line Cook

Hi, I’m Max, and I’m the Head Baker and Line Cook here. I’ve been in the kitchen here for a little over 2 years, and it’s safe to say I’m passionate about both baking and cooking. Whether it’s creating new desserts or keeping things running smoothly on the line during a busy shift, I’m always looking for ways to bring a little extra creativity and care to everything I do.

I recently became a dad, which has been a huge change in my life, but one I’m really excited about. Balancing work and fatherhood definitely keeps me on my toes, but it also pushes me to be even more focused and dedicated in everything I do, whether at home or at work.

I’m grateful to be part of such a great team, and I’m always looking forward to what comes next!
