I have been cooking for so long, its the first thing I remember in life.
Spending every Thanksgiving and Christmas with my grandma in her kitchen, every summer and fall out at my grandparents farm making kraut and pickling everything we could find, all while harvesting maple tree sap to make syrup.
Pancakes on cast iron were my mornings and I decided I want to bring that "feeling" to everyone I meet. So I did what made me feel that way all those years. I cooked! ...and cooked, and cooked some more.
Food is one of our basic needs, so it has the ability to bring anyone from anywhere together. That's what drives me to always strive to level up. To bring the world together, one plate at a time.
